Win Crabtree, known as DJ 4THE WIN, hails from Wichita, KS by way of Los Angeles, CA (living in Texas and Colorado in between). He was introduced to music at a very early age. 4THE WIN attended performing arts schools from the age of 5 through high school. There, he was introduced to all of the arts. Ranging from acting, singing, painting, and ballet dancing, he did it all, but the one thing that stuck with him throughout the years has always been music.

BACKGROUND

4THE WIN created the production group, Team Green Productions, working with super-producer Shawty Redd. Team Green Productions came up early in the music e-commerce community and in the Atlanta trap music scene. 4THE WIN then created a production partnership between Redd's "BeatBangerz" imprint and his production company, Team Green.  From there, they began working alongside multi-platinum producer, D.Rich., and ended up producing records for multi-platinum, award-winning acts like Young Jeezy, T.I., and rapper Fabolous to name a few, by crafting what some would call some of the early origins of the "trap" sound in music today.

CURRENTLY - AS A PRODUCER

After 4THE WIN's partnership ended with Shawty Redd, he continued to work on his craft and have success in the music industry. He is Certified-Platinum by the R.I.A.A., has signed a worldwide publishing deal as a record producer and songwriter with Pulse Music Group in 2017, and works closely with Warner Music Group, which houses some of the world’s top performers. He's produced and written songs for artists such as 50 Cent, Rick Ross, Lil Jon, Gucci Mane, Jessie Reyez, Bhad Bhabie, Flo Rida, and Maluma. On the sync/licensing side, he's worked with major clients such as MTV, ESPN, Nike, and Viacom to name a few. 

 

Looking now to add value to the next generation of musicians and artists, 4THE WIN's current purpose is to help by helping all creatives, from entry-level to elite, bring their ideas to life by providing industry-level services at independent prices. This includes mixing, mastering, production, songwriting and consulting, artwork, and creative direction.

 

CURRENTLY - AS A DJ

4THE WIN has become one of the most sought-after DJs when it comes to delivering a live experience. Getting off the ground in early 2022, he's already been acknowledged by the ICT Black Out Awards as the area's Best DJ of 2022.  Since then, he's gone on to host/DJ events for established companies such as the NIBC, Dillards, Old Navy, municipal entities that include The City of Wichita, USD 259 Schools, nonprofits like the Wichita Sports Commission and even the United States Air Force. He's currently the in-house DJ for MiLB's Wichita Wind Surge, Wichita State University Men's Basketball, and Chicken N' Pickle Wichita (Wichita, Kansas's #1 Voted Sports bar by the Wichita Eagle).
